Checkout this internet Dog Feeder. Apparently the project was completed in about an hour by Tyler who is a subscriber to MAKE. MAKE is an inventors information and colaboration website.

The dog feeder is a pretty cool design that actually works well. It uses the ioBridge IO-204 module to drive continuous rotating servos from a web page that also provides a web cam to see the dog’s bowl. Tyler logs on to his website so that he can see if the dog’s bowl is empty and he can send some food to the bowl. Tyler can instruct the servo to spin to fill the dog’s bowl. The internet dog feeder took a little more than an hour to create.
