Military Pack Robot the Bigdog
BigDog is the the military’s robotic quadruped which can climb over hills, ramble through snow, and survive swift kicks to the chops without falling over. In this video we are seeing it on patrol, with human soldiers.
Mass High Tech shows this video of the BigDog going through exercises at Ft. Benning, Georgia. Bigdog goes on a 12.8 mile hike, following a series of GPS waypoints.
