WinVista Club has released an update to their Ultimate Windows Tweaker, which now features more than 150 Windows tweaks.

Windows 7 beta testers may want to give this a shot also.

The app allows you to customize your Windows user interface a number of ways You can change taskbar settings and start menu settings so that you can shutdown behavior to the Internet Explorer configuration.

Ultimate Windows Tweaker is a free download, and it’s also portable so you can use it on a USB stick.
