SlimDrivers offers a driver and software updater
SlimDrivers offers a driver updater and software updater as well as a backup and restore of your drivers in case you need to reload. It's currently in beta, but it looks promising. I currently use Driver Magician which allows me to backup and restore my drivers in case of a catastrophe.

Google Instant Search
Checkout the new google instant search. It's basically predictive search. You type something in and it starts showing you results before you hit the search button. This should save the world 3.5 billion seconds a day. Thats a lot of productivity. It should already be active for you so give it a shot or checkout the video below.
