Employee training has also been greatly facilitated and full-length training videos can now be uploaded and accessed immediately by staff members.

Most remarkable of all is the fact that high-speed internet is still in its infancy. Not only will speeds get faster; connectivity will also improve. The good news is that as the internet’s video capabilities continue to grow, the accessibility of high-speed and Wi-Fi connectivity will likewise expand to keep up with faster connection speeds. Great little Halo video created for only $200. Pretty amazing considering how good it is. The film is called “Halo: The Fallen”. It didn’t take that much money to create, but it probably took a bunch of time.

The film was shot using a Canon T3i and Sigma lens and has been created by an independent group of fans and independent group of artists.

Logitech has come out a new range of next generation of webcam technology that deliver full 1080p HD video, onboard H.264 compression and USB Video Class (UVC) driver-less install.

Logitech worked with Skype to deliver true 1080p videoconferencing at a maximum 30 frames per second. Logitech says they have overcome the video quality drops to a level that makes video meetings acceptable. The advanced H.264 hardware encoding capability and video compression is managed within the webcam without having to place more stress on the computer’s processor, helping smooth video up further.
