The rumor has it that Microsoft has a few big announcements for Mobile World Congress, which takes place in Barcelona next month. The rumor says that the company will be taking the wraps off a cloud-based syncing service called SkyBox, (they also have Skydrive which is 25 gigs of freespace on the internet) a MobileMe-like system which allows you to sync and backup your Windows Mobile phone OTA. There's also speculation that the service might be extended to non-Windows Mobile devices as well. Microsoft will also apparently unveil something called SkyLine an enterprise version of SkyBox. They will also most likely introduce SkyMarket a “mobile marketplace” which is an Apple App Store competitor.
